Sunwing Airlines Inc.

A cyberattack on a third-party provider affected the network outage of Sunwing Airlines affecting its flights.

The attack exposed a lot of sensitive information from Transport Canada, the FAA.

The attack affected thousand of passengers of the airline as the check-in systems experienced a system outage and left the airline working “around the clock” to write boarding passes for passengers by hand.
