Summit BHC

Summit Behavioral Healthcare, LLC suspected suspicious activity associated with the personal information of SBHC employees.

An unauthorized party accessed email accounts belonging to two (2) SBHC employees containing contained protected health information ("PHI") belonging to some of its patients.

SBHC notified the impacted individuals and took preventive steps to prevent the further breach of the information.
