State of Arkansas
Several County offices across the state of Arkansas had to go offline or temporarily close after the company Apprentice Information Systems they use for its online servers suffered a cyber attack.
The attack caused empty desks, warning signs. and locked-out computers in a number of county offices in Arkansas.
Some counties were completely without internet for their officers, while some who used a different provider were unaffected.
This meant that the residents cannot assess, pay taxes, file deeds, search for deeds, no marriage license., etc.
