Southern District Health Board (New Zealand)

A doctor lost a file containing highly sensitive information about breast cancer patients, while walking between a hospital and a radiation clinic.

Both agencies involved Southern District Health Board and Pacific Radiology say that finding the file is of the "highest priority".

The print-out contained screening information, diagnoses, and treatment plans for about 26 women , their names, ages, ethnicities and hometowns.
