Southwest Tennessee Community College

Tennessee community college recently fell victim to a ransomware attack that resulted in a data breach incident.

The attackers gained unauthorized access to the personal information of former and current students, faculty, and staff and encrypted the data on the system.

The school offered free credit monitoring to the affected students and the staff.
