Utsunomiya Central Clinic in Japan suffered a cyberattack by the Qilin ransomware gang, leading to limited services and data theft of nearly 300,000 individuals. Patients' personal and medical information was exfiltrated, alongside personal data of the clinic's staff. While Social Security numbers and financial details were not compromised, exposed data includes names, birthdates, contact information, medical details, and health check info. Notably, radiology images and treatment cases were confirmed to be part of the leaked data.
