Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights recently fell victim to a victim of a phishing incident.

An unauthorized agent accessed the email accounts of two of the vendor’s employees and compromised certain patients' information.

the breached information included the first and last name, date of birth, medical record number, certain clinical information and some patients’ Social Security numbers, addresses and financial information.
