SegurCaixa Adeslas has activated its contingency plan after having suffered a ransomware attack on its computer systems.

The insurance company claims to have adjusted the processes that have to do with the insured to continue providing service while its customer service team continues to manage requests and queries.

Although all the measures have been deployed from the outset, the company continues to work to identify other possible effects.
