The email system of Secure Data Technologies, Inc was compromised by a former employee.
She hacked into the company's communications system to review sensitive emails exchanged among Secure Data’s management team and breached and removed some of the information.
The company immediately terminated her and sued her for sharing the information with a competitor, Guilford Technologies LLC.
