Samaritan Medical Center had to take off its systems offline after a malware attack.

Application-like the linear accelerator machine at the Walker Center for Cancer Care, a radiation oncology machine, Communication System, the hospital’s radiology imaging system was restored quickly, so as patients do not suffer.

The other processes were shifted to offline and manual mode till the rest of the computer system was scanned and restored.
