Reserve Bank of Australia

The computer networks of Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), Australian central bank were targeted by some hackers.

The attack spread in the network after some of its staff, including the executive level opened ‘malicious’ e-mails on 17 November 2011.

The attack compromised some of the bank's assets leading to service disruption, information loss and reputation.
