Reproductive Medicine and Infertility Associates announced that it was the target of a malware attack that may have exposed the personal information of its clients.

There was no evidence of any attempted or actual misuse of anyone’s information as a result of this incident.

Exposed data included personal information, such as names, addresses, dates of birth, health insurance information, treatment information, and, for donors only, Social Security numbers.

The organization took the privacy and security of all information in their control very seriously and assured their clients that they are taking steps to prevent similar events from occurring in the future.
