Singapore-based hospitality start-up RedDoorz acknowledged that one of its IT databases suffered a breach.

But it reaffirmed that, to the best of its knowledge, no sensitive financial data—such as consumer credit cards or passwords—had been hacked.

A spokesman stated that they are doing everything possible to look into this further and that they are also thoroughly reviewing all of our IT systems and security.

RedDoorz has put in place the appropriate security procedures to ensure that all of its customers' personal data is kept private, the spokesman continued. RedDoorz takes data privacy very seriously.
