Rainier Arms suffered a data breach incident after an unauthorized party installed a malicious line of code that skimmed customers’ credit card numbers from the company’s online store.
The breach compromised the names and credit or debit card numbers of 46,319 customers who had recently made a purchase on the company’s website.
The affected customers reported unauthorized payment activity on their cards.
