Quest Diagnostics Reports Cyber Breach Impacting Patient Records
Quest Diagnostics, a major U.S. medical laboratory operator, disclosed a cyber breach this week affecting its Quanum Lab Services Manager platform, which allows clients to manage test orders and results. The company detected the unauthorized access on Wednesday and promptly notified federal law enforcement.
