QuadMed, Inc.
QuadMed health records system issue affected the onsite clinics of three clients.
It enabled Hillenbrand employees to access more information than they should have been able to access.
The information compromised included employees’ name, dates of services or treatment at the onsite clinic , medical information and/or workers’ compensation information.
