PSL Print Management Limited

PSL Print Management accidentally leaked private medical information about tens of thousands of NHS patients.

The exposed information included confidential files containing hospital appointment letters for women who have suffered miscarriages, test results of cervical screening, and letters to parents of children needing urgent surgery at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.

The breach occurred when a former PSL employee requested all their records but instead received communication files with the patient letters attached to them.
