Philips BioTel Heart

On August 2, a researcher discovered a misconfigured Amazon s3 storage bucket.

The bucket contained more than 10,000 files, with protected health information of patients seen by or involved with BioTel Heart cardiac data network.

The data had been online since May 2019.

This was a leak that involved a lot of sensitive health information.
