Onyx Technology of Maryland suffered a ransomware attack and it began notifying regulators and others.
The attackers accessed its server from March 29, 2022, and ended on June 28, 2022, and compromised the consumer information.
The compromised information included Name, Date of birth, Address, Phone number, iCare member ID Number, Medicare ID Number, Date of service, and Provider’s name of about 96,814 patients.
