Oklahoma City Housing Authority ("OCHA") suffered a data breach after an unauthorized actor accessed OCHA email accounts.

The authority learned about the data incident after unauthorized emails were sent from an OCHA email account.

The breach compromised the information including name, Social Security number, driver's license or government identification, financial account information, and medical or health information.

The authority offered 12-24 months of complimentary access to identity monitoring services through Experian to all the affected individuals.
