NYU Langone Health suffered a data breach incident in November 2021.

There was a misalignment of patient names and addresses on the envelope which was used to communicate with the patients to inform them about the relocation of one of their oncology surgeons.

NYU Langone established a toll-free call center to help those affected by the breach.
