Neurology Center of Nevada experienced a data breach incident in September 2022.
The breach compromised patients' full names, addresses, dates of birth, genders, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, medical information, diagnosis/treatment information, lab results, and current medications.
NCNV sent out data breach letters to all affected parties and also reported the incident to the federal authorities.
