Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. (NARA)

The Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest experienced a cybersecurity incident.

This incident involved access to emails contained in seven employee accounts by an unauthorized user
located outside of the U.S.

The affected emails contained some patients’ protected health information.

Up to 2,923 people were affected by the cybersecurity incident.

Information accessed was names, dates of birth, and non-sensitive treatment information.

Social Security Numbers (SSNs) for four individuals were accessed.
