National College of Ireland

The IT systems of National College of Ireland (NCI) was hit by a ransomware attack.

The attack a significant disruption to IT services and forced the college to to take IT systems offline that impacted a number of college systems, Library service and the current students.

NCI closed its campus following the attack and tried to restore its systems form backup.
