Integer Precision Technologies LLC (operating as Precision Coating), a Hudson, Massachusetts-based medical device coatings provider, disclosed a data breach stemming from unauthorized access to a cloud-based file-sharing application in December 2025. The incident, reported to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on August 11, 2026, exposed sensitive personal and financial information of affected individuals.
The breach involved a third-party intrusion into a SaaS collaboration tool used by a limited segment of the company’s operations. Investigators determined that an unauthorized actor accessed files between December 12, 2025, and an unspecified end date.
