Moscow Stock Exchange website went offline after it was targeted by a crowdsourced community of hackers endorsed by Kyiv officials.
The attack was initiated after the Ukraine’s deputy prime minister announced the formation of the IT Army on Twitter .
The shares of Russian companies plummeted after the country’s invasion of Ukraine and the condition got worsened with the atatck.
