Members Trust of the Southwest Federal Credit Union experienced a data breach incident after the confidential information of some bank customers was accessible by an unauthorized party.
An unauthorized party gained access to consumers’ names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account information and protected health information.
Members Trust Federal Credit Union investigated the incident and sent out data breach notification letters to all individuals who were impacted.
