Marten Transport, Ltd.

The Maine Office of the Attorney General reported that Marten Transport, Ltd. experienced a data breach due to unauthorized access between September 30, 2021, and October 4, 2021. Approximately 35,294 individuals were affected, including eight Maine residents whose information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and driver's license numbers, may have been compromised. Affected individuals were notified on March 25, 2022, and offered 12 months of identity theft protection services through Equifax.
