Over 120,000 individuals were affected, with sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, medical records, and financial details potentially exposed between May 4, 2024 and May 7, 2024. Despite no current evidence of misuse, the clinic offered complimentary credit monitoring to impacted parties. This breach followed an IT outage, intensifying challenges faced by the clinic since a previous year's devastating fire.
