The records belong to 133 patients of Lowcountry Hematology and Oncology treated between June 11 and July 3.
No financial information was in the documents, and there is no evidence any information in the locked suitcase has been improperly used or accessed.
Hospitals are offering a year of free credit monitoring and insurance fraud protection.
