Logan Health

The hackers gained access to a file server of Logan Health Medical Center that stored its patient health information.

The attack breach the protected health information of up to 213,543 individuals including names, addresses, medical record numbers, dates of birth, contact details, email addresses, medical and health insurance details.

Logan health informed the authority and notified the impacted individuals.
