A woman got a package from Lloyds Pharmacy that was filled with hundreds of prescription documents, exposing private patient data.
She thinks the Lloyds Pharmacy box was intended to be delivered to the NHS prescription services in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
However, it unexpectedly showed up on her doorstep 300 miles away, close to Elgin, Moray, and she is concerned about how the private data might have fallen into the hands of shady individuals.
According to Lloyds Pharmacy, who has initiated an investigation, it was a courier error, and precautions have been taken to avoid a repeat.
