Lifeline Systems Company

The Washington State Office of the Attorney General reported that Lifeline Systems Company experienced a cyberattack involving unauthorized access to the network between July 27, 2022, and August 6, 2022. The breach affected 509 Washington residents, compromising personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, and medical information. Notification letters were mailed to affected individuals starting on September 7, 2023.
