Lewisburg Area School District suffered a data breach incident after someone got into a data file with all that private information about students.
The information including school district ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and social security numbers from the school’s food service account was accessed through the school’s network.
Information of about 2/3 of these students was compromised in the breach.
