Lawson Products, Inc. suffered a data breach after an unauthorized party gained access to sensitive consumer data contained on the network.
The breach compromised names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state-issued identification numbers, and passport numbers, as well as financial account information and medical information.
Lawson Products started investigating the incident after it got aware of a cyber incident and then notified the affected customers of the incident.
