L.A. Care Health Plan

The California Office of the Attorney General reported that L.A. Care Health Plan experienced an information processing error potentially exposing member names, addresses, and member identification numbers to other members from January 22 to January 24, 2014. The breach was reported on February 27, 2014, and no other sensitive information was disclosed. Approximately UNKN individuals were affected.
