Kenosha Unified School District

Kenosha Unified School District in Wisconsin was targeted in a ransomware attack that compromised some of its data including employees’ personal information.

The data from KUSD was listed on the ransomware group’s leak site and they also provided a link to the data leak consisting of a number of .csv files.

Upon learning of the issue, KUSD quickly contained the threat and sent the impacted individuals a letter with details regarding credit monitoring.
