Jefferson Surgical Clinic

The network systems of the Jefferson Surgical Clinic suffered a data security breach recently in June 2021 that affected more than 174,769 patients.

The breach compromised the personal details of its patients including names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, and health and treatment information.

The Surgical Clinic had offered the affected individuals 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.
