Integrative Dentistry

On February 16, 2023, the Washington State Office of the Attorney General reported a data breach at Integrative Dentistry. The breach involved unauthorized access to patient information by a prior employee since July 12, 2022. Approximately 2,281 residents were affected, with the compromised information including names, Social Security numbers, financial details, and medical information.
