Inglis Foundation suffered a data breach incident after its systems fell victim to a cyber attack.
The breach compromised the names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, bank account information and health information of certain individuals.
Inglis Foundation reviewed all compromised files to determine the extent of the breach and sent out breach letter to all the impacted individuals.
