Indico Data Solutions Discloses Data Breach Affecting Corporate Customer Data
Indico Data Solutions, a Boston-based AI software provider specializing in data ingestion and workflow organization, reported a data breach that may have exposed personal information stored in its online repositories. The company, which serves corporate clients across multiple industries, detected the incident on May 7, 2026, after identifying unauthorized access to its systems.
Following the discovery, Indico launched an investigation with external cybersecurity experts, secured its environment, and notified affected corporate customers. By June 17, 2026, the company completed the identification of individuals whose data was compromised, at the request of its clients. Exposed information may include names, addresses, and Social Security numbers.
On July 16, 2026, Indico filed a breach notification with the Nebraska Attorney General and began notifying impacted individuals. The total number of affected U.S. consumers remains undisclosed.
In response, Indico is offering 12 months of free credit monitoring, credit reports, and credit scores through Cyberscout (a TransUnion company) to affected individuals. Enrollment requires a unique code from the notification letter and must be completed within 90 days. A dedicated support line (1-800-405-6108) has also been established for inquiries, available for 90 days from the notification date.
