Hotelplan UK

After being the target of a cyberattack, Hotelplan UK has opened an investigation, temporarily isolated, and shut down critical services.

The organisation stated that it has taken action to shut down important systems and that it is currently conducting an exhaustive investigation and making great efforts to get service levels back.

The Company stated that customers are still leaving as usual and that agents can get in touch with the group via the regular channels in a message distributed to suppliers and travel agents.

Joe Ponte, the CEO of Hotelplan, stated that already scheduled holidays and holidays won't be impacted.
