HENDERSON & WALTON WOMENS CENTER, P.C

Henderson & Walton Women’s Center, P.C. (“HWWC”) suffered a data breach after one of the company employees' email accounts was hacked.

The breach compromised the patients’ names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical information, health insurance information, driver’s license numbers, and state ID numbers.

Around 4,306 patients were impacted by the incident to which the centre sent the breach notice.
