The personal data of 3,000 clients of the Community Care Services Program in Georgia were mistakenly compromised by the Division of Aging Services.
The compromised information included Names, regions, and certain health diagnoses of the clients.
The Division of Aging Services programs arranged additional training on privacy standards for the staff.
