GenRx Pharmacy

The data from GenRx Pharmacy was breached in a ransomware attack in December 2020.

The stolen data included patient ID, transaction ID, first and last name, address, phone number, date of birth, gender, allergies, medication list, health plan information of former patients.

The pharmacy investigated the incident and terminated the unknown access and soon restored the systems.
