The UK's largest independent furniture retailer with 54 stores nationwide was targeted by a cyber-attack in June 2021.
They experienced technical issues which included delivery systems, phone systems, and according to customers, payment mechanisms.
They immediately implemented security protocols, including shutting down the affected systems and restricting the scope of the attack.
