Freedman HealthCare

A cybercrime gang called World Leaks claims to have breached Freedman HealthCare, a US-based consulting firm that handles personal health information for millions of Americans. The group allegedly stole 42,204 files amounting to more than 50GB of data. The nature of the stolen files is unknown, but the company handles sensitive data including Medicaid and commercial insurance claims, state health and human services agencies, social determinants of health datasets, and healthcare workforce initiatives. The company has not yet addressed these claims.
