Fast Company

American business magazine Fast Company suffered a data breach incident in September 2022 that forced it to shut down its website.

The threat actors were able to steal contributor credentials and put them up for sale online after hacking its content management system.

The company hired a leading global incident response and a cybersecurity firm to investigate the incident and was soon brought back online and resumed operation.
