Extend Fertility

The Maine Office of the Attorney General reported a data breach involving Extend Fertility on February 16, 2022. The breach, which was discovered on December 20, 2021, resulted from an unauthorized access incident (hacking) that potentially affected the personal information of six Maine residents out of a total of 10,373 individuals impacted. Identity theft protection services were offered to the affected individuals, which included one year of credit monitoring through Cyberscout.
