EXOS (formerly known as Athletes’ Performance) suffered from a data breach incident after its laptop was stolen.
The attack affected 854 clients' personal information, including names, contact information, payment data, health information, and/or insurance information.
EXOS provided individuals with advice on how to protect themselves, arranged for credit monitoring services for 12 months, and took steps to reduce the possibility of a similar situation in the future.
